Global Business School (GBS) places strong emphasis on student employability and career development through its dedicated and dynamic Placement Cell.

The primary objective of the Placement Cell is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by equipping students with essential skills, knowledge, and professional competencies.

At GBS, placement preparation begins from the first semester through well-structured pre-placement training programs. Students undergo Skill Assessment Tests to evaluate their aptitude, communication skills, reasoning ability, and general awareness. Based on these assessments, continuous and phase-wise training is provided to enhance their overall employability.

The Placement Cell actively organizes guest lectures, corporate interactions, workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude training sessions to prepare students for recruitment processes. These initiatives ensure that students become industry-ready and confident in securing placement opportunities.
